Services

TRD Media Group provides photography, videography, and event design services through its studio brands, Marcus Jerido Photo & Film and Draped by Jade. Specific deliverables, dates, and pricing for your event are defined in the written quote and service contract you receive before booking. If these terms conflict with your signed contract, the contract controls.

Quotes, Booking, and Payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. A signed contract and retainer are required to reserve your date; the retainer is non-refundable except as stated in your contract. Remaining balances are due per the schedule in your contract. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal.

Creative Work and Usage

We retain copyright in the photographs, films, and designs we create. Your contract grants you personal usage and print rights as described there. We may feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless your contract says otherwise.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By texting our published numbers, or by providing your mobile number and asking us to text you, you agree to receive one-to-one conversational text messages about your inquiry, quote, or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (404) 618-3526. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
